Welcome to Seattle Suds, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, purchasing, or using our pressure washing services, you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services.

1. Services

Seattle Suds, LLC provides pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, and other related power washing services.

2. Scheduling and payment

• Appointments may be booked by phone, email, or through our contact form.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

4. Property access and safety

• You must ensure we have clear and safe access to the property and the areas to be serviced.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, locked gates, or other restrictions.
• Please secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings before our technicians arrive.

5. Liability and damage disclaimer

While Seattle Suds, LLC takes every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, paint, siding, or landscaping
• Damage resulting from improper installation or structural weaknesses
• Any issues caused by hidden defects or previous repairs

Our technicians will inform you if we believe surfaces may be at risk before proceeding. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Customer responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services
• Ensure all windows, doors, and openings are properly sealed to prevent water intrusion
• Remove fragile items from the work area

7. Data collection and privacy

We do not collect customer data unless voluntarily provided via our contact form. Any personal information you submit (such as name, phone number, or email) will be used solely to communicate with you about your service and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. No warranties

Seattle Suds, LLC provides services as-is and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the results of pressure washing. While we aim for the best outcome, certain stains, discolorations, or surface damage may not be fully removable.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of King County, Washington.
